Please choose which type of order you are placing.
- Title Insurance / Purchase Order - Real Estate Agents and FSBO Customers, this is the order form for an Owner's Policy, the most common way to insure title to be free & clear from Encumbrences upon sale. ALTA coverage policy.
- Title Insurance / Loan Policy - This is an order for an ALTA Loan Policy commonly used with refinances and other non-purchase money mortgages.
- Letter Report / Current Owner Search - Letter Reports and Current Owner Searches are commonly used for small mortgage amounts where the value of the loan does not require title insurance, but a full check of current owner judgments and liens would be helpful.
- Search and Hold - Ordered when an agent lists a home, ordering a Search and Hold can ensure a faster closing period. The title examination is done early so that many title "surprises" can be avoided.
- Abstracts or Extensions
